Preparation zones: design of areas to perform the initial stages of the repair and dedicated to small finishing jobs. The equipment includes the last generation of exhaust systems, lifters and all the tools necessary for sanding and prepare the vehicles. The operator is autonomous in every step of job and his safety and health is safeguarded.

Body painting tools: full range of possibilities for customization through the use of modular booths produced by the best brands. Easy to access thanks to several access doors settings. Low consumption and maximum performance thanks to flat surfaces lighting systems.

Straightening benches: equipment to control and straighten damaged vehicles, designed to be used with lifter benches with the aim to restore mechanical points after collision.

Automatic infrared drying equipment: newly designed equipment, totally computer controlled, with automatic, semi-automatic or manual operation. The flexibility of this equipment allows the use both in preparation zones and inside spray booths. Thanks to the infrared technology is possible to achieve improved drying results, ensuring cost effectiveness and safety.

Welders: U.C.Cy SALD is a MIG-MAG Triphase synergic welder with three torch connectors, recommended to weld steel, stainless steel and aluminium and for the MIG brazing of high-tensile strength steels with CuSi and CuAl wires (ideal for car body repairs).

Spotters machines (last generation steel and aluminum): Perfect tools to perform the following repair jobs on car body: dent-pulling, welding of studs, rivets and rings; inertia hammer with star. Efficient and effective thanks to the 2 functional guns as well as the user friendly control panel. All the machines are equipped with a full set of tools. We provide a complete and essential kit to repair small, medium and big dents (on fenders, wheel arches, etc ..) allowing to intervene without removing the parts and to repair without the need of replacing the part, reducing the time of each repair intervention and increase the profitability.

Equipment for battery maintenance: we offer a wide range of battery chargers, compact and heavy-weight tools for the maintenance of high-performance batteries and next-generation boosters that allow to keep the internal memory of a vehicle when it has to be disconnected from the battery.

U.C.Cy Plasma: Ideal for maintenance work, these machines feature an integrated compressor therefore do not require an external supply of compressed air. These tools provide a quality cut without deformation.

U.C.Cy Ductor: Powerful and fast heating systems by induction. Ideal for car body repair, mechanics and maintenance. Useful to remove all adhesives, logos, side moldings, remove direct glazed windows without damaging the trim (rear window, rear quarter light, panoramic roof…), remove stone guard protection and sealers, release mechanical parts (bolts, screws, spark plug, injector…), repair small dents on the car body without damaging paint.

ELECTRO-POWER \ RIVETING MACHINES \ LIFTERS

Electro-power system: Is the only and innovative pulling and pushing system with a 14.4 V battery , with a pulling and pushing power of 5 TON and a piston stroke of 130 mm, delivered in a handy size kit that ensures ease of movement.

Riveting machines: Hydro-Pneumatically operated machine for driving half-pierced rivets or pins (also suitable for BMW, Audi And Mercedes Rivets).

Lifters: We offer a wide range of lifters that combine considerable load capacity with facility of use. Our offer includes a column mobile lifter designed to allow the operator to work comfortably on the wheels or under the doors. Particularly useful is the model with large wheels that allows to carry the vehicle in any area of the body shop.

ORBITAL SANDER

Easy to use thanks to its low weight (only 1 kg), these tools are equipped with a brushless motor, which ensures durability.
The engine is designed with a lower number of components subject to wear, to ensure reliability, less maintenance and long life.
The brushless motor allows to obtain high performance, while maintaining constant speed even under heavy load.
The sanding speed control is extremely accurate thanks to the soft start function, a built in electronic motor brake and a smooth, easy to operate lever to control motor speed.
